You don't need to have any other ingredients in the house, just add water and you will have a ketogenic piada that is great with both sweet and savory. You can also use it to make savory pies, or sweet. By rolling it thin you can also make crostini. In the instructions find out how to make a crêpe as well. instructions
Mix 5 scoops (30 g) with 100 ml of boiling water and 5 g of olive oil, coconut oil, or ghee. (In winter, to melt coconut oil or ghee, add them directly to the boiling water.) Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper using a rolling pin. Grease a pan and cook on both sides.
To make crêpe keto: Mix together 1 scoop of Keto Piada, 1 egg and 2 scoops (20 ml) of cream or milk or other liquid
To make the keto sandwich: Mix together 1 egg, 2 scoops of Keto Piada, 2 scoops of water, 1 scoop of evo oil and a pinch of salt. If you prefer, you can also add a pinch of teaspoon of baking powder (without it, the consistency is more compact). Place the dough in a muffin mold and bake in a static oven at 180° for 30 minutes.

No. As a matter of environmental sustainability all our bags do not contain a measuring cup. If they did contain it, customers who often buy our products would end up with a collection of measuring cups. This would make no sense, as the Earth is the only planet we have and we need to take care of it by living consciously. Instead, our boxes contain the measuring cup, as it is usually the first purchase a customer makes.
All our products are suitable during pregnancy, except for Pure Biltong and Kaminwurz, due to their seasoning.
Pure Jerky is cooked, not raw meat, so there's no problem.
The only caution is Chokkino because it contains caffeine
A cup of Chokkino espresso contains only 11 mg of caffeine (an espresso coffee contains 80 mg)

Caffeine is naturally present in cocoa, and therefore also in chocolate. However, chocolate contains less caffeine than cocoa powder.

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchina
30 g di Keto Piada
100 ml boiling water
5 g di olio evo o cocco o ghi
spinacino fresco
carne cruda di manzo per tartare
PROCEDURE
Iniziamo preparando la Keto Piada. Miscelate 5 misurini (30 g) con 100 ml di acqua bollente, una zucchina cruda grattuggiata e 5 grammi di olio evo, di cocco o ghi (in inverno per sciogliere l’olio di cocco metterlo nell’acqua bollente). Idem per il ghi. Stendete il preparato con un mattarello tra due fogli di carta forno. Ungete una padella e cuocete entrambi i lati.
In una scodella condite a piacere la carne cruda: noi abbiamo messo, sale, pepe nero e olio evo. Farcite la piada con le foglie di spinacino e la carne.
La Keto Piada è pronta.

Once cool, top the sandwiches with our Better Mayo, no seed oils, and roast beef.

Sento troppo il cocco, e poi non sono capace a farla venire della giusta consistenza , troppo gommosa e mi si rompe quando devo cuoerla, eppure i passaggi sono semplici. Non capisco perché. Per il gusto proverò ad aromatizzarla.
