
How good are brownies?
Here is a ketogenic, low carb recipe
Gluten-free and sugar-free
INGREDIENTS
110 g 85% chocolate
110 g butter
100 g erythritol
65 g hazelnut flour
10 g cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
Pinch of salt
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Melt butter with chocolate in a double boiler and set aside
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt
Beat eggs with erythritol using electric whips for at least 3 minutes until frothy
Pour the chocolate into the eggs while stirring with electric whips
Add the dry ingredients several times, mixing them with the 'help of a spoon with movements from the bottom upwards
Place the mixture in a rectangular baking dish making sure it is not very low otherwise it will dry out in baking
Bake 30 minutes.
A crust should form on the surface, but it should remain soft inside. The toothpick test is essential!
