Gluten-free and sugar-free
INGREDIENTS
15 g powdered egg whites
100 g erythritol
PROCEDURE
Hydrate 1 egg white powder (28 ml water + 1 scoop)
Using a milk frother, whip only 15 g until stiff
Gradually add the erythritol until the mixture becomes a compact, cream-like consistency
Add any natural coloring you like
Make small curls with a piping bag
Let air dry for at least 5 hours
