
Fun and festive Christmas cookies
Gluten-free
Sugar-free
INGREDIENTS
150g farina avena germogliata senza glutine
30 g erythritol
50 g butter
1 egg
Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Sugar-free white chocolate
Natural red food coloring
PROCEDURE
Mix all the ingredients together until you get a compact dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 0.5 cm thickness.
Use cookie cutters to make the desired shapes.
Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Meanwhile, melt the sugar-free white chocolate.
Divide it into two parts.
Add the natural food coloring to one part.
