A super tasty cake with very few carbs!
Gluten-free and sugar-free

INGREDIENTS
4 firm apples
30 g Live Better sprouted gluten-free oat flour
2 eggs
20 g Erytritol Live Better
10 g coconut oil
50 ml coconut milk (if using our coconut milk powder: boiling water, LUNGO level + 1 scoop coconut milk powder)
Natural vanilla flavor
PROCEDURE
With an electric whisk, beat the eggs with the erythritol until light and fluffy.
Add the milk, oil, and vanilla, and continue whisking for a few minutes.
Sift in the flour to avoid lumps.
Slice the apples into very thin wedges.
Add them to the mixture.
Mix well and pour everything into a rectangular baking tin.
Bake in a fan oven at 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) for about 35 minutes.
