
Here we are with another wonderful recipe from MariaTeresa @ketosi.sa 🎉🎉🎉 @ketosi.sa 🎉🎉🎉
INGREDIENTS
85 g Live Better gluten-free sprouted oat flour
15 g extra virgin olive oil
3 egg whites (3 scoops Live Better egg white powder + 84 ml water)
50 g 36-month-old Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup yeast
Salt and rosemary powder
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix all dry ingredients together
Combine the egg whites and oil, then add the dry ingredients
Mix until smooth
Place the mixture in the molds and bake for 15 minutes
Lower the oven to 100°C and bake for another 10 minutes
Turn off the oven and let them cool inside

If using our egg white powder: add 3 scoops of powder to 84 ml of room temperature water and mix. Some lumps will form, so don't panic! 😜 Let it sit for 10 minutes and then mix well with a hand whisk.
