INGREDIENTS
10 g coconut flour
50 g coconut râpé
40 g almond flour
30 g coconut oil
20 g erotritol
1 egg
Pinch of salt

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Combine all the dry ingredients
Add the egg
Knead until it forms a firm mixture
Place in ramekins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Let cool and decorate with 85% dark chocolate and hazelnut crumbs
