
Cookies with chewy texture and the scent of vanilla
Gluten-free and sugar-free
INGREDIENTS
100 g sprouted, gluten-free Live Better oatmeal
40 g Vanilla Dream Live Better
50 g erythritol powder Live Better
2 egg whites (if you use our egg white powder: 2 scoops + 56 ml water (LONG level))
50 g ghee
Pinch of salt
Crunchy Cao Live Better
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180ยฐ.
Mix oatmeal, Vanilla Dream, erythritol and salt
Add the melted ghee and liquid egg whites
Form into balls (if dough is too soft, add a little Vanilla Dream).
Place the balls on the baking sheet covered with baking paper
Top half with salted caramel Crunchy Cao.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Allow to cool in the oven (semi-closed)
