A great accompaniment for appetizers.
Gluten-free
INGREDIENTS
150 g boiled and drained spinach
40 g Live Better gluten-free oat flour
30 g Live Better coconut flour
35 g Parmesan cheese
1 egg white (28 ml water + 1 scoop Live Better egg white powder)
Pink salt
Dried onion
PROCEDURE
Combine all ingredients in the order listed.
Form a smooth, compact mixture.
Place in molds.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Let them cool in the oven until they are nice and dry and crispy.
