
Fragrant coconut cookies
Gluten-free and sugar-free
INGREDIENTS
– 150 g Live Better gluten-free sprouted oat flour
30 g erythritol powder Live Better
70 g Coconut Protein Bliss Live Better
– 3 egg whites (if using Live Better egg white powder: 87 ml water + 3 scoops)
– ½ tsp baking powder
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder and set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the coconut cream using an electric mixer.
Add the erythritol and keep mixing well.
Add the flour and mix until you get a smooth dough.
The dough will be sticky, so use two spoons to shape small balls and place them well apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes.
They should be golden on the bottom and white on top.
