One cup (without whipped cream) contains:

INGREDIENTS FOR ONE CUP
100 ml coconut milk (90 ml boiling water + 2 scoops coconut milk powder)
100 ml egg whites (3 scoops egg white powder + 87 ml room-temperature water)
15 g erythritol (2 scoops) or another sweetener
15 g unsweetened cocoa powder (3 scoops)
Mix all ingredients until smooth, with no lumps, and bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
Cook until it reaches your desired thickness.
NOTE: if using egg white powder, follow the instructions on the package. In this recipe, they must be reconstituted into liquid form first!
You can garnish with whipped cream: simply beat fresh cream with an electric whisk until it reaches the desired texture. Do not add sweeteners.
