
For the cream:
- 35 ml boiling water
- 4 scoops (16 g) of Vanilla Dream
For the shortbread:
- 120 g of oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 30 g of yogurt
- 2 g of yeast
Mix all the ingredients for the pastry until the dough is smooth.
Roll out the dough in a 6-inch silicone mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let the base cool completely.
Prepare the cream by mixing boiling water and Vanilla Dream until smooth.
Stuff the base with cream and top with fresh strawberries.
