STRAWBERRY EGG
Servings for two portions
- 2 eggs
- 2 strawberries
- 100 ml of water
- 20 g of gelatin
- the juice of one lemon

Gently break the larger side of the shells and pop out the egg
Wash the outside and outer part of the physique well and then boil it for a couple of minutes to "sterilize" it
Mix water and gelatin and wait 10 minutes so the gelatin hydrates.
Add the lemon juice and put on the heat until the gelatin completely dissolves
Slice the strawberries, keeping them separate
Place a little jelly in the bottom of the shell and begin to place the slices, starting with the most
small
Add gelatin between slices being careful not to let it come out of the shell
Finish with the top of the strawberry
Leave in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours
