INGREDIENTS
85 g sprouted, gluten-free Live Better oatmeal
40 g erythritol Live Better
40 g butter or ghi Live Better
3 fresh egg whites or 87 ml water + 3 scoops egg white powder LIve Better
25 g Crunchy Cao Live Better or dark chocolate chips
1/2 tablespoon phosphate-free yeast
Pinch of salt

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180ยฐ.
Mix all dry ingredients together
Combine the egg whites and butter
When a firm dough has formed, add the Crunchy Cao
On the baking sheet covered with nonstick paper place balls of dough well spaced apart
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
