INGREDIENTS
200 ml of fruit juice with no added sugar or herbal tea/infusion to make them with zero carbohydrates suitable for ketogenics
15/25 g gelatin (depending on desired consistency)
10 g of collagen

PROCEDURE
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan, stir well and let stand for 10 minutes. The gelatin will hydrate and the mixture will thicken.
Turn on the heat and heat while continuing to stir until about 70 C. Do not bring to a boil.
Fill molds or pour into a flat-bottomed container (like an oven dish) and once gelled cut into cubes.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

They will keep in the refrigerator for 10 days or more

They can also be made by blending fresh fruit. If the smoothie is too thick, add water. If using fresh fruit, do not bring to 70 C, just melt the gelatin and continue cooking for about 30 seconds more.
