Mix 5 scoops of Keto Pancakes and 1 scoop of cocoa
Add 100 ml of water, stir and wait 10 minutes
Bake two pancakes and let them cool
For the cream
200 ml coconut milk: 10 scoops coconut milk powder + 150 ml boiling water
50 g erythritol or 25 g Better Sweet erythritol
3 sheets of isinglass or 6 grams of gelatin powder
Have the water heated
Add coconut milk powder
Bring to a boil and add the isinglass previously soaked in cold water.
Once melted turn off the fire.
Pour the cream into a small container and refrigerate.
When it has thickened remove it from the refrigerator, cut it with a flower-shaped cookie cutter or other shape
Use the same mold to cut Fluffy Pancakes as well and compose your ketogenic milk slice!
