
Naan is a flatbread, similar to piadina, traditionally found in Indian cuisine.
Here's the ketogenic version.
Gluten-free
INGREDIENTS
50 g coconut flour
8 g psyllium
36 g liquid coconut oil
Salt to taste.
2/3 teaspoon yeast
270 ml warm water
PROCEDURE
Mix all the dry ingredients well.
Add the liquid ingredients and mix well until the mixture comes together.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and cut out small discs.
Bake in a pan greased with butter or coconut oil until golden brown.
