
Sweet Buns reminiscent of milk bread
Gluten-free and sugar-free
INGREDIENTS
120 ml coconut milk (100 ml hot water + 4 scoops of coconut milk powder)
8 scoops Keto Pancakes
2 scoops Vanilla Dream
1 level tbsp psyllium
1 tsp coconut oil
Vanilla
2 tbsp Crunchy Cao (omit if youโre following keto strictly)
5 g baking powder
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180ยฐ.
Mix all the dry ingredients except for Crunchy Cao.
Add the coconut milk and coconut oil (melt it first if itโs solid).
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Shape into three small buns and top with Crunchy Cao.
Bake on parchment paper for 15โ20 minutes, until golden.
