INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
2 scoops of Keto Piada
2 scoops of water
1 scoop of evo oil
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon tip of baking powder (optional, for a softer consistency)
Creamy Bliss Hazelnut and Cocoa q.b.

PROCEDURE:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into ramekins (muffin cups are perfect).
Bake in a static oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
