
Pistachio ketogenic cookies
Gluten-free and sugar-free
INGREDIENTS
180 g pistachio cream
100 g almond flour
30 g coconut flour
1 egg
PROCEDURE
Mix the pistachio cream with the egg until smooth
Combine the flours and obtain a compact dough
Form into balls and place them on the baking sheet covered with nonstick paper
Crush with the 'help of a glass
Bake at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes
