I love pizza!
Here’s a low-carb version made with sprouted oat flour (easier to digest and more nutritious).
Gluten-free

INGREDIENTS
120 g oat flour
100 g greek yogurt
3 g savory baking powder
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Oregano
Thyme
Pink salt

PROCEDURE
Mix all ingredients together
Shape into small balls
and flatten them on a work surface dusted with oat flour.
Cook in a skillet over low heat on both sides until golden.
Top as desired and finish cooking in the skillet with the lid on.
