Description

Live Better cocoa is made from a mix of beans: criollo, forastero and trinitario
Some of the fava beans used do not undergo fermentation so as to preserve the polyphenol (antioxidant) content
Our broad beans are dried in the sun.
Live Better cocoa has an intense color and lingering aroma. It is bitter but lovable even without sugar
It has a PH 7 so it is neutral and not acidic like coffee, which instead has a PH 5.5
