Store powdered products in a cool, dry place, ideally away from direct light. Moisture and light are the main enemies of proper food preservation. To prevent clumping or pantry pests, glass containers are the best option.

instructions

4 scoops preparation (20 grams)
35 ml of boiling water (ESPRESSO level on the Chokkino jar)
You can also use 5 scoops (25 g) and 50 ml (LONG level)

Pours boiling water into the jar up to the ESPRESSO/LONG level
Add Magic Powder
Blend without leaving lumps (if you have a milk frother, it's perfect)

You can drink it hot, it's a super cuddly drink
Put it in the refrigerator and it becomes a pudding
Pour it into an ice cream mold and put it in the freezer for guilt-free ice cream

Especially in winter, you may notice small white spheres forming in the powder. This is simply the coconut milk solidifying due to the cold. The coconut milk powder we use is extremely pure and contains 65% fat (coconut oil). When temperatures drop, the coconut oil solidifies, causing small lumps to form in the mix. No worries! They will melt upon contact with boiling water, as coconut oil turns liquid above 24°C (75°F).

TMC significa Termine Minimo di Conservazione e NON è una data di scadenza. Il prodotto è sempre perfettamente commestibile dopo questa data. Quando su un prodotto leggete “da consumarsi preferibilmente entro…” significa che non è una data di scadenza ma il TMC termine minimo di conservazione.

PLEASE NOTE: Our products are very stable because they are in powdered form and contain mainly saturated fats, which are naturally very stable. We have tested many of them even more than one year past their TMC date, and they were still in perfect condition, including coconut milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, and arrowroot.

How to tell if a product is still good? Very simple!
Just take a look: are there any signs of mold, insects, or anything unusual?
Smell: smell?
If the answers to these two questions are no, the product is still good.

Think about this: the expiration date was invented 50 years ago. Humankind has existed for 2.5 million years. Your senses are perfectly capable of recognizing a product gone bad. Trust us!

10% of European food waste is caused by the misinterpretation of this date. Tell your friends about this important distinction between TMC and expiration date. Awareness will save the world.

No. As a matter of environmental sustainability all our bags do not contain a measuring cup. If they did contain it, customers who often buy our products would end up with a collection of measuring cups. This would make no sense, as the Earth is the only planet we have and we need to take care of it by living consciously. Instead, our boxes contain the measuring cup, as it is usually the first purchase a customer makes.

All our products are suitable during pregnancy, except for Pure Biltong and Kaminwurz, due to their seasoning.
Pure Jerky is cooked, not raw meat, so there's no problem.

The only caution is Chokkino because it contains caffeine
A cup of Chokkino espresso contains only 11 mg of caffeine (an espresso coffee contains 80 mg)
EFSA's recommended daily limit of caffeine for pregnant women is 200 mg
Caffeine is naturally present in cocoa, and therefore also in chocolate. However, chocolate contains less caffeine than cocoa powder.
Cocoa powder contains less cocoa butter and therefore the caffeine is "concentrated"

Low carb ice cream that is made in two minutes (plus freezer).
With our Magic Powder you can make creamy, stable, sugar-free ice cream perfect for guilt-free summer.

INGREDIENTS

5 scoops (25 g) Magic Powder
50 ml boiling water (LONG level)
Protein Bliss Coconut
Crunchy Cao with salted caramel

PROCEDURE
Pour boiling water into the jar to the desired level.
Add Magic Powder and mix well until lumps are removed (with a milk frother it comes out perfect).
Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold and place in the freezer.
Once solid, dip it into Protein Bliss and garnish with Crunchy Cao.

Simple, fresh, clean.

INGREDIENTS
50 g oatmeal
10 g coconut oil
40 g Greek yogurt
10 g erythritol

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Mix all ingredients together
Let it rest for 5 minutes
Place the dough in the molds, making it stick well
Cook 15 minutes

FOR MOUSSE.
5 scoops Magic Powder in boiling water espresso level
Allow to cool a little
Meanwhile, whip 100 g fresh cream
When the Magic has cooled, add it to the cream gently so that it does not come apart
Leave in the refrigerator 30 minutes and then stuff the tarts

PROCEDURE FOR TWO SMALL GLASSES
Making a Vanilla Dream
- boiling water level LONG
- 5 scoops of Vanilla Dream
- mix
Pour into the two small glasses and refrigerate until solidified
While doing a Magic Powder
- boiling water level LONG
- 5 scoops of Magic Power
- mix
Pour over the first layer of Vanilla Dream and refrigerate until solidified
Make another Vanilla Dream, pour over the Magic Powder and place back in the refrigerator.

Tumblers layered pannacocca and Magic Powder

This is a perfect after-dinner treat, a mouth-watering snack or a treat you just can't pass up! You can compose it any way you like, following the color order you prefer and changing it according to your taste!

  • The base was made with chopped almonds, 1 date and the coconut oil. Instead of almonds you can use dried cookies you have at home.
  • The panna cocca was made gelling the Live Better coconut milk with agar agar, an algae that creates a gel. You can also use isinglass.
  • The coulis was made with raspberries. The tart flavor of the raspberries goes well with the round flavor of the coconut cream and of Magic Powder.
  • The shot glasses were decorated with our sfiziosissimo Crunchy Cao and qa few toasted almonds

The small glasses were decorated with our very tasty Crunchy Cao and some toasted almonds

25 g coconut oil (melted in a water bath)
1 medjoul date

For the clotted cream:
210 ml of boiling water
70 g Live Better coconut milk powder
½ vanilla stick cut lengthwise
1 scant teaspoon of agar agar or 5 g of isinglass

For the Magic Powder layer:
140 ml boiling water
130 g scoops of Magic Powder

For the raspberry coulis:
2 125 g tubs of raspberries
1 cucchiaino di maple syrup Fancy Maple Live Better (o altro dolcificante a tuo piacere)

Place two tubs of raspberries in a nonstick saucepan. Add 3 tablespoons water and 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Bring to a simmer. When it starts to tighten, it is ready. Strain it through a colander to remove the seeds from the raspberries, which are very annoying under the teeth.

Make a thin layer in your small glasses and put them back in the refrigerator.
