Ingredients
- 125 g coconut yogurt (you can also use Greek yogurt)
- 1 egg
- 60 g of sprouted oatmeal shredded
- 60 g coconut rapé
- 30 g erythritol Live Better
- 1 handful of crunchy cao Live Better

60 g of sprouted oatmeal shredded
60 g coconut rapé
1 handful of crunchy cao Live Better
Preparation
Preparation
Beat egg with erythritol, add yogurt.
Put in oats reduced to flour, coconut rapé and crunchy cao.
To form the cookies equal to each other, help yourself with the ice cream scoop: take a scoop of dough, place it on baking paper and then flatten it slightly with a spoon. Out come 5 to 6 big cookies.
On top add a few more crunchy cao grains and bake at 170° C. ventilated for about 20 minutes. They should be nice and golden brown!
