Ingredients

1 avocado Hass (il mio 310 g)

12-15 g di Live Better cocoa powder (3 misurini circa)

3 teaspoons of maple syrup Fancy Maple Live Better

100 ml water

6 scoops of Live Better coconut milk

Cinnamon optional

Topping optional

strawberries

chopped hazelnuts, as needed

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender together with the cocoa, maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.

Prepare the coconut milk by boiling 100 ml of water and adding 6 scoops of coconut milk powder. Mix with a milk frother, then pour the coconut milk into the blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Refrigerate until chilled.

Serve topped with chopped hazelnuts and fresh strawberries to taste.

Notes:

For the coconut milk, start by adding about ยพ of the milk and blend. Check the texture and add more if needed, depending on how creamy you prefer it.

Keto version: Replace maple syrup with 2 teaspoons of erythritol.
