
Low-carb crackers with sprouted oat flour (easier to digest and more nutritious)
Gluten-free
INGREDIENTS
– 30 g Live Better gluten-free sprouted oat flour
– 10 g Live Better coconut flour
– 10 g Parmesan cheese
– 5 g Live Better arrowroot powder
– 1 egg white (if using our egg white powder: 28 ml water + 1 scoop egg white powder)
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– Garlic powder
– Chives
Salt
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Combine all the dry ingredients
Add the egg white and olive oil.
Knead until you get a compact dough.
Roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper.
Cut into small squares.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden.
