First order
If it is your first purchase, when validating your order, you will be asked to register by filling out a form where you enter your information, before the order can be completed. Registration does not imply any obligation to purchase, and if you feel it is necessary, you can request cancellation.
Once registered you can use your login information for all subsequent purchases and to check the status of your orders.

Registration form
The registration form will ask you for your e-mail (username), a password, and your first and last name. The other fields are not mandatory and are: address, zip code, municipality, province, telephone number and possibly company and VAT number. If not entered during registration the billing and shipping address will be asked during purchase.

Availability
The products in the selection are all in stock unless otherwise indicated. If a product is out of stock due to the coincidence of the concurrence of several orders, you will be contacted by us promptly and you can decide whether to wait, replace it with another or in case the payment has already been made.

Methods of payment
Purchases are possible with major credit cards and by bank transfer.

Foreign
No sales are made outside national borders.

Right of withdrawal
All products purchased enjoy the right of second thought as provided by Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999.
We assure every customer of this site, the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of delivery, that is, the possibility to return what was purchased. The purchased products can be returned, as long as they are in perfect condition, that is, the packaging of the product is intact (has not been opened). We will refund the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, as provided by Italian law. Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999.

Evasion
From the time the order is received, we reserve 5 business days to process the order. The successful shipment of the order will be communicated with an email. During the Christmas and Easter periods, fulfillment times may be delayed.

Times
All of our parcels are shipped using express couriers, and deliveries are usually made within 1/2 business days after shipping nationwide (Monday through Friday). We cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to the above courier, or caused by certain times of the year of increased shipping congestion.

Shipping costs
The maximum cost is 10.00 euros, which decreases depending on the quantity and types of products ordered. The total shipping cost is calculated and reported automatically before placing the order.

Prices
All prices include VAT.

Invoice request
Each order is enclosed with an accompanying bill and payment receipt with the details of the order, if you also wish to receive an invoice for purchased products you must send a request to info@chokkino.com specifying the order number and master data for invoicing. The minimum order amount required for the invoice is 100 euros
