INGREDIENTS
190 g water
25 g extra virgin olive oil
50 g erythritol
40 g Vanilla Dream
75 g oat flour
10 g coconut flour
8 g yeast
Pinch of salt
Toasted hazelnuts and powdered erythritol for decoration

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Using an electric whisk, emulsify the water, oil, and erythritol.
Once the erythritol has dissolved, add the oat flour, Vanilla Dream, baking powder, and finally the coconut flour and a pinch of salt, still using the whisk.
Decorate with toasted hazelnuts.
Place in a 12 cm pan and bake for 60 minutes.
Let it cool and dust with powdered erythritol!
The cake should remain moist, and thanks to this, it will stay soft for days!
