
INGREDIENTS
4 Keto Piada @chokkino.livebetter
200 g boiled and well-drained spinach
100 g ricotta
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Roll out the dough made with 4 portions of Keto Piada to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Line a 15 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
To make the dough, combine the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, one egg, salt, and pepper.
Pour 2/3 of the filling into the pan.
Make three holes and insert the three egg yolks with a little egg white.
Cover with the remaining filling.
Decorate as desired
Decorate as desired.
Bake at 180°C in a conventional oven for 50-60 minutes.
