Two-color cookies for munching or dunking
Gluten-free and sugar-free

INGREDIENTS
80 g oatmeal
50 g butter
40 g erythritol
1 teaspoon of cocoa
5 g baking powder
2 egg whites (if using powdered egg whites: 2 scoops of powdered egg whites dissolved in 58 ml water)

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Mix flour, erythritol and baking powder.
Add the butter after melting it
Combine the egg whites
Mix until the mixture is firm and homogeneous
Divide the mixture into two parts
In one incorporate the cocoa
Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper and create your two-colored cookies with the help of shapes and imagination!
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
