
INGREDIENTS
1 floury apple
3 scoops collagen
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of coconut flour
1 scant tablespoon of coconut milk
Some yeast
A handful of raisins without vegetable oils or additives
Almond slivers for the surface
PROCEDURE
Peel the apple, cut it into very small cubes and put it in the blender. Add the coconut flour, collagen, eggs, baking powder and mix. In the end add the raisins gently.
Pour the dough into a mold lined with baking paper or lightly greased. Scatter the almond slivers on top.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 180-200 °C for 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven, until the surface is golden brown and a toothpick comes out dry.
