INGREDIENTS
150 g chocolate 90%
70 ghi
70 g erythritol
2 eggs
30 g cocoa

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Melt chocolate with ghi in an air bath and let it warm
With electric whips, beat eggs with erythritol until frothy
Combine the chocolate
Add cocoa by sifting it so that no lumps form
Place the mixture 10 minutes in the freezer
Using an ice cream spoon, make small balls and place them, well apart, on the oven tray covered with baking paper
Cook 7/10 minutes
