
Ketogenic bites that look like real sandwiches!
Gluten-free and nut-free
INGREDIENTS
200 ml water at room temperature
10 scoops Keto Piada
7 g baking powder
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
10 g extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt
PROCEDURE
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
Add the liquids
Knead until the mixture becomes compact
Shape into buns
Brush with egg
Garnish with sesame or poppy seeds (optional)
Bake at 180โฐ for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
