Donuts with benefits that melt in your mouth!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
30 ghi
60 g coconut milk powder
15 g water
30 g coconut flour
10 g collagen
15 g erythritol
5 g cocoa
7 g baking powder

PROCEDURE
Preheat io oven to 180ยฐ.
ย  Prepare the coconut cream with the powder and boiling water, mixing well until smooth and lump-free

ย  Using electric whips, work the eggs well with the coconut cream

Add the previously melted ghi
Still blending combine all the dry ingredients
Place the dough, which should be smooth, into well-buttered donut ramekins
Bake 16 to 20 minutes
A dusting of powdered erythritol when they are cold
