INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
30 g of Keto Piada
100 ml boiling water
5 g of evo or coconut or ghi oil
fresh spinach
raw beef for tartare

PROCEDURE
Let's start by preparing the Keto Piada. Mix 5 scoops (30 g) with 100 ml boiling water, one grated raw zucchini and 5 grams of evo, coconut or ghi oil (in winter to dissolve coconut oil put it in boiling water). Ditto for the ghi. Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin between two sheets of baking paper. Grease a frying pan and bake both sides.
In a bowl season the raw meat to taste: we put, salt, black pepper and evo oil. Stuff the piada with the spinach leaves and meat.
Keto Piada is ready.
