INGREDIENTS
200 ml unsweetened raspberry juice or other red fruit juice
20 g gelatin powder

PROCEDURE
Place the raspberry juice and gelatin in a small saucepan, and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Melt over low heat using a mixer, but an electric whisk will also work.

 Mix well until the mixture is frothy.

 Smoothly, pour into a lightly greased mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Cut everything into even cubes.
