INGREDIENTS
200 ml water
12 misurini Keto Pancakes
Creamy o Protein Bliss
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Prepare the Keto Pancake batter following the instructions.
Fill silicone muffin molds halfway.
Place half a teaspoon of Creamy or Protein Bliss (your favorite flavor) in the center.
Cover with more batter.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool and dust with erythritol.
They can also be cooked in an air fryer for 10–11 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
