TERMS AND CONDITIONS

First order
If it is your first purchase, when validating your order, you will be asked to register by filling out a form where you enter your information, before the order can be completed. Registration does not imply any obligation to purchase, and if you feel it is necessary, you can request cancellation.
Once registered you can use your login information for all subsequent purchases and to check the status of your orders.

Registration form
The registration form will ask you for your e-mail (username), a password, and your first and last name. The other fields are not mandatory and are: address, zip code, municipality, province, telephone number and possibly company and VAT number. If not entered during registration the billing and shipping address will be asked during purchase.

Availability
The products in the selection are all in stock unless otherwise indicated. If a product is out of stock due to the coincidence of the concurrence of several orders, you will be contacted by us promptly and you can decide whether to wait, replace it with another or in case the payment has already been made.

Methods of payment
Cash on delivery, bank transfer and credit card purchases are possible. Credit card payment is handled by Stripe, one of the most widely used payment services in the world.

Foreign
We do overseas sales, for shipping costs email us at info@livebetter.eu indicating the products you wish to purchase and the country where you reside.

Right of withdrawal
All purchased products enjoy the right of withdrawal Within 14 days from the date of purchase, as provided for in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (d. lgs. 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

You will simply email us at info@livebetter.eu specifying the order number CHK-XXXX and which products you wish to return.

Purchased products may be returned as long as they are undamaged and sealed in their original packaging (so they have not been opened). The cost of shipping to return the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange for the product to be picked up by our courier, in which case the cost will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

When we receive the package, we will check the condition of the return (undamaged and sealed product) and if consonant we will proceed to refund the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs (including any return shipping costs, if handled by us)

Evasion
In 99% of cases we ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment. When we entrust your order to the courier, you will receive an email with shipment tracking. During the Christmas and Easter periods, fulfillment times may be delayed.

Times
All our parcels are shipped using express couriers, deliveries are usually made within 1/2 working days after shipping throughout the country, excluding Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, in some areas also on Saturday morning. The courier makes 2 delivery attempts, then the package goes into storage. For any needs you can contact us at

Shipping costs
The cost of shipping is €5.5 including VAT. The total shipping cost is calculated and reported automatically before placing the order.
