Soft and practical

No need to have any ingredients in the house, just add water and you will have very soft, gluten-free and easily digestible pancakes. Thanks to sprouting, the oatmeal becomes more nutritious and more digestible. They contain only egg whites as the cooked yolk loses nutrients and is poorly digestible.

Store powdered products in a cool, dry place, ideally away from direct light. Moisture and light are the main enemies of proper food preservation. To prevent clumping or pantry pests, glass containers are the best option.

One scoop contains about 5 grams

instructions

Mix 5 scoops (25 g) of Fluffy Pancakes mix with 35 ml water (ESPRESSO level on the Chokkino jar) at room temperature. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Instead of water, you can use cow’s milk or a plant-based milk. You can also add a little coconut milk powder (about half a scoop for 1 pancake).
Heat a nonstick pan, grease it with butter, ghi or coconut oil (if you want, heat 2.5 g more and put it in the dough before baking, it will taste even better!).
Pour the mixture into the pan
Turn it over when the side has dried a little, but not too much. That way it will puff up nicely!

TMC significa Termine Minimo di Conservazione e NON è una data di scadenza. Il prodotto è sempre perfettamente commestibile dopo questa data. Quando su un prodotto leggete “da consumarsi preferibilmente entro…” significa che non è una data di scadenza ma il TMC termine minimo di conservazione.

PLEASE NOTE: Our products are very stable because they are in powdered form and contain mainly saturated fats, which are naturally very stable. We have tested many of them even more than one year past their TMC date, and they were still in perfect condition, including coconut milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, and arrowroot.

How to tell if a product is still good? Very simple!
Just take a look: are there any signs of mold, insects, or anything unusual?
Smell: smell?
If the answers to these two questions are no, the product is still good.

Think about this: the expiration date was invented 50 years ago. Humankind has existed for 2.5 million years. Your senses are perfectly capable of recognizing a product gone bad. Trust us!

10% of European food waste is caused by the misinterpretation of this date. Tell your friends about this important distinction between TMC and expiration date. Awareness will save the world.

No. As a matter of environmental sustainability all our bags do not contain a measuring cup. If they did contain it, customers who often buy our products would end up with a collection of measuring cups. This would make no sense, as the Earth is the only planet we have and we need to take care of it by living consciously. Instead, our boxes contain the measuring cup, as it is usually the first purchase a customer makes.

When a seed sprouts, it releases all its resources to support the growth of the plant. Through sprouting, carbohydrates and proteins become easier to digest. Enzymes are activated that pre-digest starches and neutralize phytates (which normally hinder the absorption of minerals). Sprouting also increases the content of vitamins and antioxidants. That’s why a sprouted seed is both more digestible and more nutritious.

All our products are suitable during pregnancy, except for Pure Biltong and Kaminwurz, due to their seasoning.
Pure Jerky is cooked, not raw meat, so there's no problem.

The only caution is Chokkino because it contains caffeine
A cup of Chokkino espresso contains only 11 mg of caffeine (an espresso coffee contains 80 mg)
EFSA's recommended daily limit of caffeine for pregnant women is 200 mg
Caffeine is naturally present in cocoa, and therefore also in chocolate. However, chocolate contains less caffeine than cocoa powder.
Cocoa powder contains less cocoa butter and therefore the caffeine is "concentrated"

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
90 g of Fluffy Pancakes
50 ml of milk
30 g of ghi
40 g erythritol
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
Raspberries to taste

PROCEDURE

Separate the yolks from the egg whites and whip the latter to stiff peaks.
To the yolks add the milk and ghee, emulsify.
Combine erythritol, fluffy pancakes and baking powder, mixing with a whisk.
Incorporate the gently beaten egg whites.
Pour into an 18-cm mold, add raspberries.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 180° for 36-40 minutes. Stick test always recommended.

Serves for an approximately 8-inch cake pan:
Make a Fluffy Pancakes the diameter of the cake pan, I made it larger and 25 scoops (125 grams) of Fluffy Pancakes and 175 ml of room temperature water.
It can also be made with Keto Pancakes, using the amount to make 5 pancakes for this type of cake pan.

For the cream: mix 120 grams (30 scoops) of Vanilla Dream with 300 ml boiling water and allow to cool. Once cooled, add 300 g of Greek yogurt and mix well. Basically you need to put 1 scoop (4 grams) of Vanilla Dream for every 10 g of yogurt. Vanilla Dream should be dissolved in boiling water, you have to use 10 ml for each scoop/4 grams of Vanilla. Example: with 300 g of yogurt you will need 30 scoops (120 g) of Vanilla Dream to be dissolved in 300 ml of boiling water.

It can also be made with cottage cheese, again 1 scoop of Vanilla Dream for every 10 grams of cottage cheese. We used 55 scoops of Vanilla Dream for 500 g of ricotta (I'm partial to 11!). Heat 330 ml of water, add the Vanilla Dream, mix, add to the ricotta and mix well.

You can also use Magic Powder instead of Vanilla Dream using 1 scoop for every 10 grams of yogurt, but this time they should be dissolved in 7 ml of water. Example: 300 g of yogurt will need 30 scoops (150 g) of Magic Powder to be dissolved in 210 ml of boiling water (in my opinion 5 ml per scoop would also be fine but I have yet to test it...). When the Magic Powder has cooled, combine it with the yogurt.

After combining Vanilla/Magic and yogurt, taste it: when it is cold the sweetness will be less noticeable. In case you want it sweeter add the sweetener you used: eritrtitol/honey/whatever you want 😜

Place the pancake on the bottom of the cake pan, pour the cream and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

Before serving you can spread a layer of Creamy Bliss hazelnut or one of our other spreads. Or jam, or a coulisse of fresh fruit.

Peach coulisse: blend ripe peaches with a blender and add a few drops of lemon to keep it from blackening.

Garnish with Crunchy Cao when serving the cake (so it stays crunchy)

If desired, you can add the gelatin to the fruit smoothie (10 grams per 200 g) mix and let it stand 10 minutes. Turn on the heat and melt the gelatin while stirring. When melted turn off the heat and let cool a little. Pour over the cake after it has thickened and put it back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. This will make a thick layer of fruit jelly.

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
40 g Fluffy Pancakes
50 ml milk or cream 😍
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
Salt
Rosemary
Olives

PROCEDURE
Separate the yolks from the egg whites
Whip the egg whites until stiff
Combine the yolks with all the dry ingredients and the milk
Add the whipped egg whites
Put the mixture into a 10-cm mold.
Add the olives and rosemary
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
125 ml of water
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vinegar
125 g of Fluffy Pancakes
3.5 g psyllium
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
Pinch of salt

Beat eggs with water and 'vinegar.
Add the Fluffy Pancakes mixture, psyllium, baking powder and salt
Work with a marisa until a firm dough is obtained
Form two loaves of bread
Sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees in a static oven for 30 minutes

    L’avrò fatto una decina di volte e tutte e 10 diverse ….. io sono di certo una frana, ma fatico a trovare il modo giusto. 35 ml d’acqua x me sono pochi,,,,mi viene troppo “inciuccante”😂 poi preferisco mettere acqua tiepida, nn fredda,,, poi uso una pentola d’acciaio con il ghee e ogni gg un’avventura. Una sola volta mi è uscito spaziale,,,,ma nn demordo,,,, finisco con l’osservare l’ottima digeribilità. Promosso
