Ketogenic delight

No need to have any other ingredients in the house, just add water and you have fluffy ketogenic pancakes. Great both sweet and savory (I love them with butter and anchovies!). One pancake contains only 2.1 g of carbohydrates and 56 calories. Free of nut flours.

Store powdered products in a cool, dry place, ideally away from direct light. Moisture and light are the main enemies of proper food preservation. To prevent clumping or pantry pests, glass containers are the best option.

instructions

CAUTION: These pancakes have no gluten, so they require some care when preparing. Please follow the instructions carefully.

3 scoops of preparation equivalent to 15 grams
50 ml room temperature water (corresponds to the long level on Chokkino's graduated glass jar)

Mix the powder and water in a bowl and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and grease it with butter or coconut oil.
Pour in the batter to form a pancake, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.

TMC significa Termine Minimo di Conservazione e NON è una data di scadenza. Il prodotto è sempre perfettamente commestibile dopo questa data. Quando su un prodotto leggete “da consumarsi preferibilmente entro…” significa che non è una data di scadenza ma il TMC termine minimo di conservazione.

PLEASE NOTE: Our products are very stable because they are in powdered form and contain mainly saturated fats, which are naturally very stable. We have tested many of them even more than one year past their TMC date, and they were still in perfect condition, including coconut milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, and arrowroot.

How to tell if a product is still good? Very simple!
Just take a look: are there any signs of mold, insects, or anything unusual?
Smell: smell?
If the answers to these two questions are no, the product is still good.

Think about this: the expiration date was invented 50 years ago. Humankind has existed for 2.5 million years. Your senses are perfectly capable of recognizing a product gone bad. Trust us!

10% of European food waste is caused by the misinterpretation of this date. Tell your friends about this important distinction between TMC and expiration date. Awareness will save the world.

Does the package contain the measuring cup?2025-05-13T17:54:08+02:00

No. As a matter of environmental sustainability all our bags do not contain a measuring cup. If they did contain it, customers who often buy our products would end up with a collection of measuring cups. This would make no sense, as the Earth is the only planet we have and we need to take care of it by living consciously. Instead, our boxes contain the measuring cup, as it is usually the first purchase a customer makes.

All our products are suitable during pregnancy, except for Pure Biltong and Kaminwurz, due to their seasoning.
Pure Jerky is cooked, not raw meat, so there's no problem.

The only caution is Chokkino because it contains caffeine
A cup of Chokkino espresso contains only 11 mg of caffeine (an espresso coffee contains 80 mg)
EFSA's recommended daily limit of caffeine for pregnant women is 200 mg
Caffeine is naturally present in cocoa, and therefore also in chocolate. However, chocolate contains less caffeine than cocoa powder.
Cocoa powder contains less cocoa butter and therefore the caffeine is "concentrated"

Vanilla Dream Live Better
Fresh Cream

Prepare two small KetoPancakes (3 scoops of mix + 50 ml room temperature water)
Prepare a Vanilla Dream (5 scoops of preparation + 50 ml boiling water)
Whip 50 ml of fresh cream and add it to Vanilla Dream when it has cooled a little bit
Prick the Keto Pancakes with a fork on both sides and dip them in a Chokkino
Composing Ketomisu: cream, pancakes, cream, pancakes and cream
Refrigerate and dust with cocoa powder before serving

By adding 1 scoop of collagen to Vanilla Dream the macros become simply perfect from a ketogenic point of view

By making 4 mini Keto Pancakes you can make two servings and thus halve the calories and grams of carbohydrates

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
80 g erythritol + half a scoop
250 g mascarpone
Keto Pancakes
Chokkino

PROCEDURE
Prepare three Keto Pancakes by adding half a scoop of erythritol to the powder before pouring in the water. You can also use other sweetener and put more i less.
When they have cooled, cut them into strips
Making 3 Chokkini (3xEXPRESS level + 3 scoops)

Separate the yolks from the egg whites
Whip the egg whites until stiff (salt is of no use, quite the contrary)
Using an electric whisk, beat the egg yolks with the erythritol until they become foamy
Add the mascarpone cheese and process until super smooth
Incorporate the egg whites, turning from the bottom to the top so they do not disassemble
Soak the Keto Pancakes in the Chokkino and begin layering the tiramisu
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours
Before serving, dust with cocoa

FOR THE BASE.
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Prepare the dough with 10 scoops of Keto Pancakes, 2 scoops of cocoa and 200 ml room temperature water
Place it in a 16-cm mold
Bake it 25 to 30 minutes until it is well cooked

FOR CREAM.
100 g Coconut Creamy Bliss
100 g fresh cream
Place on the stove on a low flame until the mixture is smooth and uniform

Stuff the base and chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours

Decorate as desired

Today MariaTeresa @ketosi.sa amazes us with a recipe that reminds me of childhood!

Mix 5 scoops of Keto Pancakes and 1 scoop of cocoa
Add 100 ml of water, stir and wait 10 minutes
Bake two pancakes and let them cool

For the cream
200 ml coconut milk: 10 scoops coconut milk powder + 150 ml boiling water
50 g erythritol or 25 g Better Sweet erythritol
3 sheets of isinglass or 6 grams of gelatin powder

Have the water heated
Add coconut milk powder
Bring to a boil and add the isinglass previously soaked in cold water.
Once melted turn off the fire.
Pour the cream into a small container and refrigerate.
When it has thickened remove it from the refrigerator, cut it with a flower-shaped cookie cutter or other shape
Use the same mold to cut Fluffy Pancakes as well and compose your ketogenic milk slice!

    I have never loved pancakes and although I do not have a ketogenic diet, these are pure enjoyment for me. Often when I don't feel like cooking in the evening , I make myself a giant pancake ( I put three soup spoons full) and go to bed happy😊
