Here we are with another ingenious recipe from our own MariaTeresa.ย @ketosi.sa

I NGREDIENTS.
100 g oat flakes
25 g arrowroot or cornstarch
25 g oatmeal
30 g erythritol
30 g coconut oil
80 g coarsely cut dried fruit: walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts (optional)
Pinch of salt
3 fresh egg whites or 87 ml water + 3 scoops of powdered egg whites

You can also make them in a savory version: avoid erythritol, substitute coconut oil for olive oil and add a pinch of extra salt

PROCEDURE
Mix ingredients and let stand 15 minutes
Bake in a 220ยฐ oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown
