
Another new recipe from MariaTeresa @ketosi.sa to delight our breakfasts today!
INGREDIENTS
70 g oat flour
60 g greek yogurt
2 fresh egg whites or 58 ml water + 2 scoops egg white powder
40 g erythritol
1 teaspoon of cocoa
5 g baking powder
Pinch of salt
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Beat the egg whites with the erythritol, add the yogurt, and mix until smooth.
Add the flour, yeast, and salt.
Add the cocoa to a third of the batter.
In a 10 cm mold, pour the white mixture first, then the black mixture. Use a toothpick to mix them in circular motions.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
