INGREDIENTS

300g Greek yogurt (or skyr)
250 g strawberries
1 scoop of neutral protein powder
6g powdered gelatin
Sweetener to taste

PROCEDURE

Blend the yogurt with the strawberries, then add the protein powder and, if necessary, a sweetener.
Separately, dissolve the gelatin in a little water or milk, then stir it into the blended mixture.
Mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours, until it thickens.
