
INGREDIENTS
450g Greek yogurt
120 ml heavy cream with about ten dates soaked, then blended
3/4 eggs
200 g Keto Pancakes
Collagen at your pleasure
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
A handful of walnuts
PROCEDURE
Heat the cream and soak the dates, then blend together. Mix the cream and date mixture with the yogurt and eggs. Add the Keto Pancakes, collagen, baking powder, and baking soda.
Incorporate the nuts into the dough. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C for about half an hour, lowering the temperature slightly in the last 10 minutes and turning off the top heat only.
NOTE
It can be spread with chocolate or pistachio cream. Adding a banana or a spoonful of ghee makes the cake moister. It's a revisited fusion of two different recipes.
