
INGREDIENTS
15 g of Better Whey
1 egg
1 banana (half for the batter, half for topping)
1 scoop of cacao Chokkino
Creamy Bliss Hazelnuts and Cocoa q.b.
Optional: 1 scoop of erythritol in the dough
PROCEDURE
Blend the Better Whey with the egg, half a banana, cocoa, and erythritol (if using) until you get a smooth batter. Pour into a pan and cook over medium heat. When the surface firms up, flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Top with Creamy Bliss Hazelnuts and Cocoa and the remaining half banana.
The base is excellent for microwave crepes and mug cakes too!
