INGREDIENTS

8 egg whites (280 g) or 35 g of powdered egg whites
100 g sprouted oat flour
Season to taste
Procedure
Add 245 ml of water to the powdered egg white, mix, and wait 10 minutes.
Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form
Add the oat flour, sifting it in without deflating the egg whites.
Add salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan
Spread on a baking sheet (with parchment paper) to a height of 1.5/2 cm
Inform and cook for 5 minutes
Take out, add seasoning, and cook for another 15 minutes.
