Sweet Buns reminiscent of milk bread
Gluten-free and sugar-free

INGREDIENTS
120 ml coconut milk (100 ml hot water + 4 scoops of coconut milk powder)
8 scoops Keto Pancakes
2 scoops Vanilla Dream
1 level tbsp psyllium
1 tsp coconut oil
Vanilla
2 tbsp Crunchy Cao (omit if youโ€™re following keto strictly)
5 g baking powder

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180ยฐ.
Mix all the dry ingredients except for Crunchy Cao.
Add the coconut milk and coconut oil (melt it first if itโ€™s solid).
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Shape into three small buns and top with Crunchy Cao.
Bake on parchment paper for 15โ€“20 minutes, until golden.
