Adorable oat baskets
You can fill them however you like, we used coconut milk.
Gluten-free and sugar-free

FOR THE BASKETS
170 g Live Better sprouted gluten-free oat flakes
2 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon erythritol
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).

Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the erythritol and oat flakes.
Line the molds with the mixture and bake for about 30 minutes.
Brush the edges with 85% melted chocolate.

FOR THE 100% COCONUT CREAM
7 scoops Live Better coconut milk powder
20 ml boiling water
Mix well until you get a cream.
Add more or fewer scoops to adjust the consistency.
