A wonderful ketogenic jam beneficial for our gut

INGREDIENTS
1 125g package of blueberries
Half a cup of water (if you want it thicker, add less water)
The juice of half a small lemon
2 teaspoons of ghi
Erythritol if needed (taste because it depends on the acidity of the fruit!).

PROCEDURE
Cook with water and lemon
Blend with minipimer
Return to the heat and cook a little longer
Remove from heat, add ghi and mix well
Store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days

If you are ketogenic you can use only berries to make this butter.
If you are not ketogenic you can also use other fruits or other sweeteners
