INGREDIENTS
30 g egg white powder
20 g gelatin powder
140 ml/g water
a pinch of salt

PROCEDURE
Blend all the ingredients
Grease a nonstick frying pan
Making crepes with the mixture
Roll the crรชpes and cut them into strips
Unroll the noodles and place them on a plate
Season them with the sauce
